One of the many weekly activites to do in FFXIV is Custom Deliveries. This activity provides an effective way to generate white and purple script, which can be used to buy materials for own use, or sold on the Market board.

Custom Deliveries in FFXIV
To start custom deliveries in FFXIV, you need to be at least level 60 in a crafting or gathering class. Head over to Mor Dhona to pick up the quest “Go West, Craftsman.” This quest is your gateway to custom deliveries and other collectible-related content.
Once you’ve got that sorted, each client will have their own set of requirements for you to meet before you can start delivering to them.
For crafting, you’ll be making items with a specific collectability level the client asks for. It’s pretty much the same deal with gathering and fishing, except you’ll be looking for collectable items in the wild or in the water.
When it comes to actually delivering goods, you’ve got three options: crafting, gathering, or fishing. The required items change based on your reputation with the client and reset weekly. You can easily check what’s needed in the game’s timers menu.
Delivering items with higher collectability gets you better rewards. It’s a straightforward system: make or find the stuff, bring it to the client, and enjoy your rewards, which could be experience points or purple scrips.
As you deliver more items, you’ll build up reputation with each client. This is tracked through a satisfaction level, which unlocks new stories, better rewards, and new items to deliver as it increases. Each client has five satisfaction ranks, and you typically need three deliveries to complete the first rank, then six deliveries for each rank after that.

This is a bit of a different client, so follow these steps to unlocking Ehll Tou.
- Start with the Main Scenario Quest (MSQ) named “Litany of Peace.“
- Then, you’ll need to have completed “Go West, Craftsman” which you might already have done.
- Next up is “Towards the Firmament” essential for participating in the Ishgardian Restoration efforts.
- Follow this with a sequence of sidequests beginning with “A Home in the Firmament” and concluding with “To Thaw a Frozen Heart“
- Lastly, engage with Ehll Tou’s quest “If Songs had Wings.” Successfully completing this quest leads you to “O Crafter, My Crafter” effectively unlocking custom deliveries.

- Prerequisite Quests: The first requirement is the main story quest “Moving Forward.” Afterwards, complete the quest “The Boutique Always Wins,” which unlocks collectables in Eulmore.

- To access this custom deliveries client, you’ll need to tackle a few specific quests. Start by completing “None Forgotten, None Forsaken” to unlock M’naago as a client. Then, to unlock Kurenai, embark on the quest line that kicks off with “The Palace of Lost Souls“
